The Society realises that members are concerned about how they can get their ponies measured. The BSPS Council is very aware that it is difficult currently, due to Covid-19, and it does not want members to make unnecessary non-essential journeys to get a JMB measurement.
The BSPS will be monitoring the situation going forward but feel it is too early to make any decision regarding changing the rules around measuring for the current season as most of our shows are now not due to take place until April at the earliest.
We do however reiterate that you can register your pony with the BSPS without a height certificate and your support would be very much appreciated.
